In 1996, accompanied Bernard Krisher, former Newsweek Asia Bureau Chief on humanitarian mission to Cambodia culminating in an audience with the honorable King Nordom Sihanouk and documentary work at the temple site of Ankor Wat. 1997-1998: Studio work with Kirin Corporation for Kirin Lager Beer Anniversary Campaign; full team coverage and retail calendar for Japan Pro Soccer J-League Team Veldy Yomiuri, and annual contract with Dentsu Advertising

1992-1994: Editorial photography for various magazines-Esquire (portraits of Angela Bassett, bands Morphine and Deep Forest), Far Eastern Economic Review, Jazz Life, Marie Claire, Tokyo Journal and international in-flight and hotel magazines. In 1994, traveled to Germany as exclusive European tour photographer for musician Toshinori Kondo.
1985-1991: Freelance photography leads to first solo exhibition, Personal Express Tokyo.
